We Have Found a Panda To Help Summer!!

Heyloz x! So, basically the title says it all. I was wondering around Pirate Island trying to find something, and I found a Person in the Shipwreck!! 

His Name Is: Nuvio

He says he lives in the Shipwreck and that he is one of the Pointy Ear Pandas.                    
He thinks he can help us, but he has to Meditate first xC
